Like I said in previous posts, we’re having a bit of a breezy weather here in Montreal. So to keep warm and yet still feel springy, I decided to dress happily with some bolder prints. This is so weird, usually, we’re very warm and hot by this time of year, but polar vortexes have been hitting us a lot lately. But for some reason, I find this kinda weather super calming. I don’t know why, but I always found comfort in rain; the sound of it against the window, the smell of it when it first hits the ground, the feel of it when it touches your skin. Rain brings me an inexplicable sense of comfort and freedom and I love it. Perhaps I feel like this because I’m an introvert and it’s only me and nature. Regardless, I am probably the only one that enjoys it when it rains, literally…or when there’s a thunderstorm. I always thought, if my fashion career didn’t satisfy me, I would be a storm chaser. But then again, I could still do that even though I love what I do now. Wow, this post took a totally different direction than planned.
So going back to the outfit, I was inspired by the weather and still kept it in the same tones of what I felt: grey but happy and floraly. Connected to nature really. This is what I came up with:
What I wore:
-Maxi long Forever 21 dress with side slits.
-Vero Moda floral jeans.

Can’t help but wear these shoes, I know I am over-doing it, but they are so darn comfortable and cute.
So that’s all! Until next time!
